Nervous System Skills online classes offer a supportive space to continue practicing neuro-fitness skills learned in the Intro Series. Sessions emphasize regulation, energy conservation, and nervous system awareness through gentle, intentional movement and rest.

Each class revisits foundational practices with subtle variation, supporting real-life integration without pressure to “keep up.” This is maintenance and care—designed for sensitized bodies and curious minds.

Ongoing classes are designed for those who have completed the Nervous System Skills Intro Series (or have equivalent somatic education and orientation to the work). Start with the 6-Week Introductory Series --

An online live, small-group, neuro-fitness–informed somatic yoga program designed for people living with hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD), dysautonomia, migraine, chronic pain, and nervous system sensitization.

The introductory series provides the foundational skills, context, and support needed to continue safely into ongoing Nervous System Skills classes or related somatic and yoga offerings.
