Spring Reset: Sensing into the Hips

We invite a deep reset into our hips in this class. We start with standing awareness, and then do therapeutic and somatic hip mobilization lying on the floor with the help of a TheraBand/strap and bolster/pillow. We then move to standing postures to engage and strengthen our connection to our standing position and into the hip and glute region. Standing asana (poses) include Chair and Pyramid.
