Full Body Stand, Sit, and Lie Down

We explore the placement of hips, rib cage, and head in this class. Starting with a standing body scan, then work to find good functional movement at the fold of the hips and stability through the legs. We move to a chair for seated to stand practice, side-body awareness and add a lift of arms. Then on the floor, we let go of all tension with smaller movements through the torso, ending with a bridge pose.
