This session offers a brief review of the five Prana Vayus, or winds of the body, followed by a longer practice to attune to, and consolidate, each vayu function. This is a special practice. To prepare your space you will need a theraband/strap or equivalent, a block, a theraball (or soft rounded object) and any comfort items. One exercise is done either seated from a chair, or lying on your back with legs up the wall. If you are lying down, have your pelvis a comfortable distance from the wall.
