This lesson introduces the concept of the Prana Vayus, the Five Winds governing vitality. We can observe overlay between the ancient understandings and our contemporary knowledge of the nervous system, making it a useful model for Self-study. Our practice includes one of my favorite props, the 9-inch inflatable therapy ball. Yay!!!! If you don't have one, any squishy object will suffice, but I do adore this prop for it's versatility and recommend getting your hands on one. We will also have a chair and a block for our work today. This is a beautiful practice of releasing limiting beliefs and tapping into inner wisdom.
