July 6 - Core Centering with Ali, focus on core connection including abdominals and back
July 13 - Buns & Guns with Anna, focus on glutes and foundations for upper body
July 20 - Legs & Feet with Ali, focus on hips and walking/hiking and expanding on foundations
July 27 -Â Full Body Balance with Anna, focus on coordinating the whole body
All are welcome to attend as a Full Series or Drop In. Online registration requires you register at least 10 minutes in advance, so that you can get the link to join.
These classes are great for beginners because of the clear cues for movement and connection, and experienced practitioners that want to explore muscular and somatic yoga cueing as a complement to their routine.
